Overview : Simón es un realizador de televisión que, tras haber triunfado en América profesionalmente, vuelve a su ciudad, Sevilla, con su hijo Felipe, de once años, en un barco-vivienda con la ilusión de poder vivir en la orilla del rio Guadalquivir. Pronto surgen problemas burocráticos tanto en una orilla como en la otra, pero Simón se las ingenia para poder permanecer en el rio legalmente: veinticuatro horas en una orilla y veinticuatro en la otra. Simón y Felipe conocen a dos chicas gemelas, Iciar y Marina, con las que establecen una gran amistad. Simón organiza una emisora de televisión en el barco, que cuenta con la entusiasta y creativa colaboración de los vecinos de los alrededores. Pero esta experiencia crea problemas a Simón y sus colaboradores. Simón, cansado y desanimado, decide abandonar Sevilla con su hijo. Pero no se van solos...
